Beef Nacho Casserole
Ingredients
- 1-pound Ground Beef
- 1-1/2 cups Chunky Salsa
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 3/4 cup Creamy Salad Dressing
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 cups Tortilla Chips, crushed
- 2 cups Colby Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Take a large skillet and place ground beef in it. Cook it over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until evenly browned.
- Drain the extra fat or grease.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in salsa, corn, salad dressing and chili powder, into the beef.
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer the ground beef mixture, tortilla chips and cheese, twice, finishing with cheese on top.
- Place the dish inside the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted and dish is thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot.
