Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 cup Semi Hard Cheese, shredded
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp ButterĀ
- 1-packet Wide Egg Noodles, cooked
- 1 pound cubed Chicken Breast Meat, cooked
- 1 can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 2 heads Broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Take a bowl and mix the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, semi hard cheese, salt, pepper and garlic in it.
- In another large bowl, stir butter into noodles. Add this to the sour cream mixture.
- Take a third bowl and combine chicken, soup, olives, and broccoli in it.
- Add this mixture to the noodle mixture and make sure that everything is combined well.
- In a baking dish, measuring 9x13-inch, spread the mixture and sprinkle with curry powder.
- Place the dish inside the preheated oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
